Are you 55 or older and want to walk, move, and sit with ease?                                                                    

Then you need these classes!

Terri’s customized private (in person or Zoom) yoga sessions meet you where you are in your yoga experience. She will observe your body, posture, and movement patterns to create a well rounded yoga or gentle reformer practice just for you. With Terri’s full attention, you will move safely through backbends, forward folds, lateral bends, and twists. She will give you cues about your breath, alignment, and muscle engagement that will support your growth and goals. In addition to a comprehensive Yoga practice, the Pilates Reformer is an amazing tool to stabilize muscles and balance the 2 sides of the body which means you will have fewer falls, be able to pick up your grandchild, and sit and walk with ease. Slow Yoga Videos~ Each video $7

Terri’s Slow Yoga classes are 60 minutes of pauses between the poses that cultivate interoception and teach you about who you are. These practices work on shifting the nervous system and regulating all of the processes (circulation, respiration, etc…) in the body to bring you into homeostasis (balance).
