I am a forever learner about this transformational way of life! My heart is full of gratitude for all of my teachers especially my 3 most recent teachers, Kristine Weber Kaoverii with Subtle Yoga, for instilling in me that slowing down is a luxury in this culture of “time is money” attitude and hyper activity. Thank you to Brett Larkin with Uplifted Yoga, who taught me to, “just do it!”, and how to pass this yogic wisdom on with confidence to others who may need this style of self care and movement. And I appreciate the training from Jennifer Gianni at Fusion Pilates for my most recent inspiration to teach the powerful life changing practice of Joseph Pilates.

She will confidently guide you through a mindful movement yoga session to bring your whole body into balance and serenity. She will practice with you as you listen within to know what the next steps are on your yoga mat or on your journey to mature wellbeing. Terri doesn’t just see in one dimension. She can read your body in all dimensions! Terri will look at your posture and see imbalances and/or patterns in your movement so she can help you be aware and change old bad habits.

Terri’s expertise lies in understanding her own aging body and has the experience and training to teach you specific movement and breath work that will mend your body, awaken the brain, and release pain.

For now, you can find her on ZOOM and no doubt, you can expect an impact on your life that will positively effect your sleep patterns, energy levels, blood pressure, and range of motion. As a former elementary school teacher and now a Graceful Yoga Guide, she has made it her life mission to help mid-life men and women become empowered to create a life and body that fits who they are today.
